We just upgraded our 4D80GT from 3.2 to 3.3.1 and I was wondering what the
scoop was with the versions of tcsh and emacs.  The binaries from 3.2
*seem* to run fine but should we be expecting any hidden surprises?  Should we
bother to rebuild these two fine tools?
