I have a friend who wants comments on the 3L lwp lightweight process
library on a Sparcstation 1+ running SunOS 4.1.

Her application is a real time asynchronous server. She is interested in
knowing if the library is a reliable way to go or whether it is just a
curiosity that a few simulation-type people might have played with once in
awhile.

Any experience, anecdotes or advice is appreciated. please email if you
can, as I generally don't read this newsgroup. I will post a summary if
the replies seem particularly well-informed. Thanks for your time and
