I've tried Sun 3 and SPARC versions, and Pmax, to no avail. On the Suns, I get nfswatch: nit: open: No such device [[Ed's Note: You probably don't have streams NIT support compiled into your kernel. The following line should appear in your kernel configuration file: psuedo-device snit # streams NIT You should also verify the existence of the /dev/nit file: 0 crw------- 1 root 37, 40 Jun 28 1990 /dev/nit -bdg]] On the Pmax, I get # nfswatch No such file or directory Any ideas?
