Help me!

I would like to add a second COM port to my computer so that I may
use both the internal modem and a mouse.  I have the technical
manual for this computer and have had a few ideas that may be a
little difficult for me.

Does anybody know of a way to build a board for this or have the
name/address of a company that might make something like this?
(NOTE: My expansion slot is being used up by a hard drive
controller.  So if there is anything that would use this slot, it
must be able to use different interupts, etc.)
