I am trying to create fonts from the AMS font source from ams.com,
but as TeX says ``I'm stymied''.  I can't figure out the right way to
dump out the base.  I manage to dump something, but virmf complains.

Could somebody please give me a precise description of what files to
use or create, and what to tell inimf?
