With the help of Alan Mimms of Apple, I have patched x11term.c
from  gnu emacs-18.55 to support the entire Apple extended
keyboard. The patches, along with a sample set of key bindings,
are available by anonymous ftp as /pub/em.mac.tar.Z on
mdaali.cancer.utexas.edu (129.106.1.6).
