Has any ported this latest version of Gnu Emacs to the RS6000?  If so, 
how easy is the port?   Will 18.57 require much hacking to work on the
RS6000?

Also, for those of you who are still trying to port X11R4 clients, try
the fixes supplied by IBM in the /contrib directory at expo.lcs.mit.edu.
after patching, everything built without any problems.  Xterm seems
to work without any problems at all!
