I'm using tcsh 5.20.02 (Cornell) 12/07/90 options 8b,nls,el,dl,al,dir
and I cannot use the Alt keys for M-b and such.  Looking at TFM it
seems that 8b means that use of all 8 bits is allowed.  Am I wrong?
Where can I get a binary that was compiled allowing for the Alt keys?
