ODT has NFS and lan manager client software. NFS works fine, but I don't seem to get the lanmanager client working. When I try to "mount" a directory of a HP9000-370 LMX server with: net use lmtest //rwzl10/users/ton I get the message : unable to establish connection. check to see if remote server is active. I can reach the HP9000 with rlogin, telnet, ftp, X11 and NFS-mount, so i think it isn't a network problem. We also have a 3com lanmanager using OS/2 which has the same problem. What could be the problem? thanks, Ton Damen ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rijkswaterstaat directie Zeeland afdeling informatiesystemen (AXI) koestraat 30 4331 KX Middelburg The Netherlands (+31) 01180-86000 -------------------------------------------------------------------------
