What is BinHex?  I downloaded GIFConverter 2.1.1 docs file
from uunet but I could not find BinHex.  I'm trying to do some work with
gif files and am interested in knowing what the GIFConverter
is but I need BinHex to convert the docs.

Where can I get BinHex?
