	The instructions for logging onto this board are a bit scetchy. (I got
them of cica)  The reason I have not been able to verify the instructions
is that if "modem.uwyo.edu" is an ftp site I have not been able to log onto it
because things here at the ocf are a little in disrepair and I need the 
numerical address to log onto ftp sites.  I need more specific instructions.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. (specifically the numerical address)
