I've posted an "alpha" release of a Windows text file comparison program called
match to cica.  The program is capable of comparing two text files and 
displaying the differences between the files on a line-by-line basis.  A
Windows help file is included.

This is an alpha release in that there are still some known problems with the
code (although I believe it to be stable enough to be useful).  I'm still 
working on the program, and am particularly interested in feedback about bugs
and about changes/features that would make it more useful.

And, contrary to recent trends, it's freeware.
