I understand that Microsoft is making available the HC.EXE (that's the
Help Compiler) from the SDK for use with Excel Help.  The manual says
that Excel 3.0 will not use text-based help files any more and to check
with Microsoft.  I called our Microsoft Sales Rep and she didn't know
what I was talking about.  Has anybody heard of this Help Compiler?
Is it free?  Could it be posted to cica?
