Hi guys :

         I am a USC student , this semester I am doing a project

   about voice card and voice mail with PC based . I intend to use

   Win3.0 to write the user interface , I have programming experience

   in X-window but not in Win3.0 , so I think maybe someone there

   can provide some suggestions even some sample programs , I will 

   be very appreciate .
