Note that while this is documented in the SDK manuals as working for any
menu entry, it does not work for items in pulldowns.  When I queried Microsoft
about this via Online, they said that this is not being supported at all.
It is not CUA compliant (if you care about that), so my take is that it may
not be in future versions.
