This is actually a helpful utility that displays many colors along with their names. The only thing I dislike about it is that there is no order to the colors. I did try something that did not change the order. In $OPENWINHOME/lib are the files rgb.txt, rgb.dir, and rgb.pag. I thought maybe this had something to do with it. So, I sorted rgb.txt the way I wanted. I then found $OPENWINHOME/bin/bldrgb, a script that works with $OPENWINHOME/bin/rgb to rebuild the rgb.pag and rgb.dir databases. After saving the original rgb.* files I ran bldrgb and the databases were rebuilt. I exited openwindows and started it up again. The order of the colors in Color Names did not change. Is there a way to change the order of the colors?
