What is the current status of the multi-buffering extension
to X?  I'd like to get the latest documents, and find out if
there is a mailing list for discussion.  I have the paper 
dated 9/11/89 from the R4 tapes (Actually, I'd like to get
this in troff source or postscript or whatever - are these
ftpable?  From where?), but there must have been work done
since then.  Any ideas?
