Using xwd and xpr we can create a postscript file suitable for the laser 
printer of any window.  Are there utilities to create graphic files (like
encapsulated postscript or the portable bitmap format that can be then
converted to MacPaint format) for use in a PC Desktop Publishing environment
like the Mac or MS Windows3?   

This ability is needed to produce training materials using MacWrite.
