I am told that in XView-2.0, unlike in Dan Heller's book, the menus must
be created with NULL parent. Thereafter, it can be attached to any panel
item.

Question: Who then OWNS the menu thus created/attached ?

As yet I haven't got an answer to my earlier posting:

Question: Who OWNS the canvas_paint_window which comes with an attached 
		  canvas event_proc ?
