You can also use a bicycle horn or siren for your tri-cart.  They
make a lot of noise, just ask all the kids. <grin>  I assume the
American tri-cart is the same as the Canadian scooters. <grin>
What kind of tri-cart are you using?  The E&J scooters and the
Fortress scooters come with horns already installed.  Mind you they
do not make too much noise.  <grin>  You may want to get a siren
too. <grin>
