In your msg to Pandora Nigh, dated <09 Jan 91 21:04>, it said: BH> You mentioned dogs and wheelschairs, well here's a good one. BH> I was with relatives over the NewYear and they were taking care BH> of the old english sheep dog. Anyway, when I was out on the BH> pavenment with this thing going from one house to the other in my BH> wheelchair, it constantly barked at it and tried to bight the BH> tires!!!! I have found that carrying a "Boater's Emergency Fog-Horn" quite useful in such a situation,It is small, but gives off the sound that you often hear on an 18 wheeler. The Dog usually will not come near you again, even if you want it to.And if you use it in a crowd watch out for a stampede. __Andy__ -- Uucp: ..!{decvax,oliveb}!bunker!hcap!hnews!138!116.11!Andy.Anderson Internet: Andy.Anderson@p11.f116.n138.z1.fidonet.org
