Pandora, I see from your post that the schools in your area don't have 
an awfull lot more smarts than the ones around here.  in fact, they 
sound like the school for the blind that I went to in St. Louis.  The 
whole thing makes me so sad just to think about it.  No wonder more and 
more parents want to be the ones teaching their kids.
