 I figure you said that mostly in jest, but just in case...

 Intimating to a (presumably) sighted potential employer that sighted
 employees are "trash" just might not be the wisest move politically.
 More effective would be inundating him or her with statistics
 indicating that the greater reliability and productivity of blind
 employees more than makes up for the minimal cost of adaptive
 equipment, etc., etc., blah blah woof woof...
