You said that you tried documents on the Arkenstone and it failed. Then you said you tried them on an oscar and it did wonderfully. You said that the arkenstone dealer said he had it set up improperly. Well I think he was telling you the truth.I have used both products and can safely say that whatever one reads the other will. The oscar is the arkenstone with a different front end interface. If there was that much differents between them then you can bet there was a poblem with the arkenstone. I do not say this to defend one over the other just to put things right. ...
