I think its a great idea. I know when I was growing up a mentor would have been helpful. Everyone could learn from everyone else no matter what the age. Even a 3 year old has something to say. The little guys and girls can learn a thing or two from us so called vetrans out in the trenches. there the front line of tomorrow.
