Welcome aboard, Michael!

I'm not so sure I agree with what you've stated about the hearing
not giving the hearing impaired credit.  I really feel sometimes
it's just a misunderstanding or lack of communication.  But, that
is something we have to prove to them, even though I don't think
we should have to but it is the way it is.

I don't give up - I just keep showing them what we can do and what
is possible.
