I think Enabling is the most forward seeing output device maker around, even if they are sort of marketing the PixelMaster. I don't like TSI for a host of reasons, and have gotten reasonable responses at all times from Enabling. I like the Romeo manual, but Jane of course did a wonderful job with the braille manual--God I can't type tonight, pray to the finger saints.
