The telephone numbers are: 1-800-828-1120 TDD 1-800-828-1140 Voice 1-800-258-5664 1200/2400 baud ASCII The TDD number also accepts 110 and 300 baud ASCII calls. ASCII calls should be made at 7 bit words, even parity, 1 stop bit with X-ON, X-OFF enabled and at half duplex. In addition, since your call may be placed on hold by the DPRS system, you should initialize Hayes-compatible modems with the command ATS10=255 before making the call. The 1200/2400 baud data number is a temporary expedient until equipment is installed to allow calls to the TDD number to handle 1200/2400 baud calls as well. After the equipment has been installed, the separate 1200/2400 baud number will go away. Roger Williams rwilliam@grebyn.com
