I do not know the name of it, however it makes for a great meat-substitute and goes well in a pita with hot-sauce or garlic sauce. It is brown in color and gritty/grainy in texture. I know I seem rather pedestrian, however I have no idea what this is. Would someone post a recipe for this? Thanks.
