A party on Washington's Birthday will feature discussion of some of the
Federalist Papers.  We're going to continue with the implied theme and
would like some late 18th century American recipes for things that
could be served as finger food (main dishes are OK if they can be
served as hors d'oeurves).  We'd also welcome suggestions for thematic
beer and wine (Sam Adams is one obvious choice).
