That depends.  I spose he could probably convince a jury that he was
trying to develop his own bug-zapper, and he had no idea that anyone would
try and piss into it (silly fools). :)  However I must agree, a deterrant
such as a camera and flash would probably be more appropriate, if for no other
reason than to NOT provoke some sort of retaliation.
