I need a logic simulator for a 386 DOS machine with the following features:

1)  Models bidirectional transfer gates ( Switch level?)
2)  At least a 12 level simulation (3 state, 4 strength)
3)  Delays can be generated from wiring capacitance
4)  Can use extended memory
5)  Fault modeling
6)  Fast

I have Tanner Gatesim, which does (3-6), and PSPICE digital, which does (1-4).
When I shuffle the .EXEs together, nothing happens ;-)

It would be wonderful to get some "free" university code, but I can pay
a few thousand if I really, really need to.  I do not want to spend more
money on partial solutions or things that don't work.  I can't afford the
big packages yet (HiLo 4 is only $18,000!  I'll buy two ...) .

Any suggestions?
