	ANALYSIS AND MODELING OF NEURAL SYSTEMS 2

	July 24, 25 and 26, 1991

	San Francisco, CA


	This workshop/meeting will provide an update of the most
	recent developments in quantitative analysis and modeling
	of neural systems. Eighteen invited speakers will provide
	general reviews and summaries of their recent research.
	Aspects of neural function, ranging from the subcellular
	level to the systems level will be considered. Although
	oral presentations will be limited to the invited speakers
	original research contributions are solicited for poster
	sessions in the following areas: subcellular systems, cellular
	systems, multi-cellular systems, tools and techniques.
	No backprop please.

	Authors should submit a single page abstract and a 500 word
	summary clearly stating their results by April 5th 1991 to
	the Program Coordinator at the adress below.

	There will be no parallel sessions, and the workshop will be
	structured to stimulate and facilitate the active involvement
	of all attendees. With that goal in mind, we request that all
	registrants stay for the entire 3 day period.

	To obtain registration information please contact the Meeting
	Coordinator. Limited to 300 registrants. Pre-registration is
	strongly encouraged.
