Reposted-by: emv@ox.com (Edward Vielmetti) XV11R4 binaries, libraries and include files are available by anonymous ftp from fresnel.stanford.edu: pub/4DX. They are currently only at patchlevel 14. If you want patchlevel 18 or need the default /usr/lib/X11 paths (e.g. the libraries on fresnel look for app-defaults under /usr/local/lib/X11), you could compile the client side of the MIT X distribution. Patches for doing so are also available on fresnel: pub/4DX/4DX-patch{1,2,3}. -jim Jim Helman Department of Applied Physics Durand 012 Stanford University FAX: (415) 725-3377 (jim@KAOS.stanford.edu) Work: (415) 723-9127
