I have expanded the Onet New Member Technical Reading List somewhat, 
and put it into tbl/troff format for pretty output on your favourite PS 
printer. New sections include:

o USENET news - expanded notes on how to get a feed, and references to
  a book to help you install it. 
o Network Operations - added a section dealing with NOC tools
  and SNMP 
o Internet Resources - added references to the Internet resources guide.

The reading list is available on onet.on.ca [128.100.102.10], via anonymous 
ftp in directory /onet/doc/new_member_reading_list.{txt,tbl}. 

Comments on new topics or other suggestions for improvement are welcome.
