  A while back there was some discussion of tools that could edit or
switch between various config.sys files as the computer was booting up.

  Thinking that I would never need one, I passed over the articles, etc.
Well.... Guess what?  I need one....   :-;

  Could somebody send me a "uuencoded" file of a freeware/shareware 
package that could perform either/both of these things?
