A version of Expire for use with Waffle BBS (under MSDOS).  This program
will allow use of the /expire qualifier  to automatically expire
USENET articles after a set number of days.  If there is only one
article in a newsgroup, it is not expired.  Written by mathew@mantis.co.uk
