Does anyone know where to find the source of the programs from the book:

    Programming Language Translation: A Practical Approach
    by Patrick D. Terry, Addison-Wesley 1986.

We are looking for the Turbo Pascal (5.5) version for IBM PC. We have tried
to contact the author, but so far without success. Unfortunately we do not 
have ftp-access.
