I finally got our LaserWriter IINT to successfully print when
connected to our 3Server:  The manual stated that the printer defaults
to XON/XOFF, which I foolishly believed.  Once I found the PostScript
script that prints out the handshaking info, I saw that it actually
was defaulting to DSR/DTR.  So we changed the handshaking via
software and now leave the printer on at all times.
