I called up Hercules; the guy I talked to said April.  The feature I find 
especially interesting is the additional 64-bit bus.  The guy said that several 
third-party companies are developing boards that hook up to this 64-bit bus, 
including DSP boards, but he declined to list any specific manufacturers.
