The Feb. 18th issue of Business Week (pg 137) has a paragraph about a
new algorithm for halftoning images with much improved fidelity
and speed (relative to error diffusion?). It was developed by Kevin
Parker at Univ. of Rochester.

Does anyone have further information on this?
