I apologise for re-introducing this old question, but one of my students
is asking for the source to a M2 pretty printer.  Never having found them
terribly useful myself, I've generally ignored them.  If you have any leads
on easily accessible sources for such software (he wants to port it to an
obscure environment) please send me a note directly.  Let's not bore the
newsgroup with this one ...
