Message-ID: <1@artcoma.artcom.north.de> Date: 6 Feb 91 23:38:38 GMT Organization: ArtCom GmbH, Atelier f. Computergrafik, Bremen(FRG) Lines: 23 Hi folks! Some PostScript-generating applications (e.g. DesignStudio) can't be stopped to use the so called "AppleDict" md in the resulting eps-file. According to my own investigations, this makes only sense in the context of an Apple LaserWriter. Our own ps-interpreter becomes extremly unhappy about this. So I would be very grateful, if somebody could answer some of the following questions: -What is the use of the 'md'-dictonary? (I guess it is about some status - and pagesize - stuff) -What operators and objects do the AppleDict include? -Is there any real or dummy AppleDict available, that can be downloaded to a ps-device? Thanks and so long, Alex :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: :: /^\ I==== Alexander Funk ::: :: / \ I__ ----------------------------------- :::::: :: I---I I Lesumer Heerstr. 3 - 2820 Bremen 77 ::::::::: :: I Io I o Voice: +49 421 630057 West-Germany :::::::::::: ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
