What utility/hardware do I need to get full utilization of a Maxtor 2190
hard drive on an 80286 IBM PC/AT clone?

I can only get the Dos limit of 133meg configured in my BIOS while the
drives offers159meg formatted (190 unformatted)

How do I get past the limitation of DOS?
