Does anybody know if you can use the ADspeed (ICD?) accelerator
with NOTATOR?  I realize that you'd have to boot in 8mhz mode
in order to boot the program due to the dongle read... but once
NOTATOR is running, can the soft switch to 16MHZ be enabled, and
does NOTATOR run properly?
