It would appear that you have aome sort of Hardware flaw or BIOS error. I have almost an identical setup myself, and Dr-Dos works fine every time. Are you sure you have the high memory available or set up correctly for your system? Check the CMOS setup. I've been running Dr-Dos 5 since the 28th of December, so I doubt there is an upgrade. It sounds like the people you reached on the phone didn't know what they were doing anyways. Make sure, with the manual, that Hidos isn't interfering with any other TSR's, BIOS, or page frames.
