I am an experienced programmer but new to DOS. I want
to write a TSR that interacts with the user and reads what is 
already on the screen. I would prefer to 
program in C but wonder if MS Fortran can be used. Is there
book anyone can suggest. Also if someone has some brief
source they would like to share I'd appreciate it.
