Subject: Using Kermit on VM_TELNET

I've used Kermit while Telnetted from a VAX to another VAX machine.  It's alot
slower than downloading from the Host machine straight down the my PC but it wo
rks at about half the speed.
I can't use Kermit when telnetting from my VM account to a Vax or a VM it doesn
't work.  Is there any way I can get this to work.
