I just got CMU's PCIP package off of wuarchive last night and found that the
read.me file makes reference to a driver called netdev.sys.

This file wasn't included in the ARC file and no mention was made as to where
I find this file.

Can some kind person guide a lost soul to netdev.sys?  :)
