I've just been running some display intensive software software, and noticed 
that NCSA telnet 2.3b14 seems incapable of displaying inverse underlined 
text (a legal combination on a vt100, and supported by at least the 
hercules graphic card on the pc ). 

Does anyone know if there's plans to fix this in the next release? Or
is there actually a way to get it to work with 2.3b14?
